Types of Abuse

Posted By achermack On November 7, 2011 @ 4:38 pm In | No Comments

Domestic Violence is not just physical violence. Domestic Violence is any behavior that is used to exert power and control over an intimate partner. Domestic violence is a pattern of controlling acts and not one separate incident. Domestic Violence  is not caused by drugs, alcohol, anger, mental illness or any other excuse. Types of abuse include physical [1], emotional [2], and economical [3] abuse, stalking and harassment [4].
